A ant lion is a insect that digs a burrow in sand and eats the unsuspecting ants that fall in.
1. Get a pot or a similar container
2. Get some sand, not dirt
3. Get a spray bottle
4. Put the sand in the pot
5. Find an ant lion
6. Put it in the pot
7. Give it a couple days to rest, it should make a burrow
8. Catch some ants and place them in the burrow
9. Once a week spray the burrow with water
10. Good luck!
Ant lions or "doodle bugs" are low care insects that are pretty cool. If you can't find a ant lion try looking under trees in the shade, if you don't know what to look for try google! To catch them put an ant in their burrow, when they start to eat it scoop your hand under them and you have a good chance of getting one! Be careful to sift though the dirt when you scoop.
